Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Application Support Engineer – Web & CRM
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Engineer with a strong focus on web applications and CRM systems. In this role, you’ll support the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of key digital platforms used across the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and end-users. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between IT, Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to help resolve issues, improve system usage, and contribute to digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for web-based applications and CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot)
Troubleshoot functional or technical issues, escalating to vendors or developers when needed
Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization
Support integrations between CRM/web platforms and other systems (e.g., Learning Platforms)
Manage user access, roles, and data security within assigned applications
Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation for end-users
Assist in testing and deploying application updates and new features
Participate in CRM/web projects and rollouts (e.g., data migration, new features, training)
Provide technical assistance with the Odoo implementation and migration.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent through experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in application support, ideally with web platforms and/or CRM systems
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Odoo, or similar
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of web technologies
Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and cloud-based platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues to non-technical users in both Dutch and English
Experience with ticketing systems
Nice to Haves
Experience with SQL or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics)
Experience with Python and Linux
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Craft, WordPress, Odoo CMS)
Previous experience supporting Marketing or Sales teams in a digital environment
Basic understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles
