Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Technical Digital Marketeer.

Email Marketing & CRM Management

You manage, optimize, and automate email marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot and Odoo. Through data-driven strategies, audience segmentation, and automated workflows, you aim to strengthen customer relationships, improve engagement, and support commercial goals. Additionally, you’re familiar with integrating email campaigns with CRM systems to leverage customer data for targeted communication.

Data Analysis & Reporting

You analyze marketing and sales performance through dashboards in Google Analytics, Odoo (Sales & Leads), and optionally Power BI. You translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, lead generation, and conversion processes.

Website Management & CMS Migration

You actively support the migration process to Odoo. You develop targeted landing pages, with a strong focus on technical structure, CRM integration, and basic SEO implementation. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a clear advantage for independently handling layout adjustments and styling.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• CRM & Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Odoo

• Content Management Systems: Craft, Odoo

• Analytics: Google Analytics, Power BI

• HTML/CSS: Knowledge for layout adjustments, HTML elements (headings, links, lists), and small CSS tweaks

• Data-Driven Decisions: Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on marketing/sales data

• Technical Affinity & Accuracy:

• • Working with templates or page builders

  • Understanding responsive design: desktop, tablet, mobile

  • Testing pages before publishing

Additional Assets

• Experience with CMS migrations

• Knowledge of JavaScript

• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity

• Basic understanding of web hosting and domain setup
