Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager.

Function

As Segment Marketing Manager you will (co)lead the development, implementation, evaluation and optimization of our marketing (multi-channel) communication towards your key customers. This role requires complex stakeholder management.

You will not be taking a leadership role, but will work closely with the Marketing Communication Officer for the same target group. Your target group: Advanced professionals looking to keep on learning, whether in the form of masterclasses or obtaining a new degree with an Executive master or MBA.

You will also work closely with the business line and with the other members of the marketing team. You’ll be reporting to the Segment Marketing Lead.

Your responsibilities :

  • Develop Integrated Marketing Communication (360°) strategy for your target group, focussing on lead gen & conversion for AMS. In close collaboration / consultation with Segment Marketing Lead;
  • Translate the Integrated Marketing Communication (360°) strategy for your target group to a 'yearly' marketing communication plan / content calendar;
  • Create an integrated marketing plan to support the business line goals, aligned with the overall the brand strategy & positioning;
  • Develop ideas and creative briefs to meet objectives for advertising and program marketing, including print, digital, video assets, …;
  • Deliver fresh insights on current marketing activities and suggest improvements;
  • Guide Marketing Communication Officer with marketing communications campaign creation and implementation. Support in execution where necessary;
  • Support the set-up and visualisation of marketing performance dashboards for your target group working closely together with the business and Segment Marketing Lead;
  • Build successful communication strategies, plans and campaigns through gathering and analysing customer and market insights, customer trends, competitors, products and marketing best practices;
  • Define and manage the yearly marketing communications budget for your target group.

Profile

  • You have 5+ years relevant marketing experience in (inbound) marketing;
  • You possess knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
  • You have good organizational abilities and a hands-on mentality which you have put to use in prior project management;
  • You are data- and result-driven and have an analytical mindset;
  • You are customer oriented with an interest in executive profiles;
  • You easily interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy;
  • You have knowledge of marketing tools and other systems such as OneDrive, Brightspace, Continia, MS office (experience with Hubspot is a plus);
  • You have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields;
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
