Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Program & Relationship manager for the Sustainable Transformation Lab.

You ensure high-quality operations for the research, valorization and teaching activities within the research team of the Sustainable Transformation Lab.
You perform and optimize operational activities for the Chair on Sustainable Transformation and the Chair on Management Education for Sustainability, including project budget management, organizing team meetings, agenda and follow-up, etc. You are able to examine the team’s administrative work processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
From an operational point of view, you are responsible for a smooth and professional learning experience for the Sustainable Transformation Masterclass, working closely together with the holder of the Chair in Sustainable Transformation, Prof. Wayne Visser, the Sustainable Transformation researchers, and the team of Open Executive Programs at Antwerp Management School. You look out for optimization of the entire service in our pursuit of "top learning experience".
You create and optimize engagement with the Chair and other research partners, such as BASF, Port of Antwerp, and Randstad Belgium, by communicating with them, organizing SPOC meetings, (co-)organizing events, etc. You also engage (or help the team to engage) with other stakeholders, such as ABIS, The Shift, GRLI, Voka, etc.
You coordinate and organize the AMS Sustainable Transformation Groups (ST Groups) , which is an initiative of Antwerp Management School and the University of Antwerp. These business action groups bring together high-level business people to discuss global challenges and take action to help create tomorrow’s better world. AMS has two ST Groups focusing on economic areas of innovation: the Well-being Economy group and the Circular Economy group.
- You hold a degree in higher education
- You have prior working experience, preferably in a client-oriented (B2B/B2C) environment.
- You have knowledge of and professional experience in sustainability topics (Sustainable Development Goals, stakeholder management, circular economy, etc.)
- You have experience in project management. You like to set-up and implement projects from A to Z.
- You are a strong networker, who likes to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Working in an international team speaks to you, even though team interactions are often remote.
- You like to take on tasks and projects autonomously, and are proactive in asking for input that you need.
- You have a flexible mindset and can adapt to a fast changing environment.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to express yourself in writing and speaking (English is required, Dutch is considered an advantage).
