As Customer Experience Manager, you will ensure a smooth, welcoming and qualitative organization throughout the entire process (from start-up to the end of the program).
Thanks to your hospitality, you maintain close contact with participants. You are flexible and give participants the support they need to successfully complete their challenging and dynamic learning journey. In case of practical problems or questions, you always look for an adequate solution.
Like a true organizer, you make sure everything is prepared for the start of each program. You are responsible for the administration of the program and for the communication with your stakeholders. You work closely with the L&D advisor and the faculty to ensure a professional implementation of the curriculum.
You will work closely with the members of your team and with other customer experience managers of other teams. In addition, you will work with other stakeholders such as professors, the finance team, the catering team.
