Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Senior B2B L&D Advisor for our Customer Specific Programs (CSP) team.

Function

As a Senior B2B L&D Advisor at AMS you are responsible for creating learning and development programmes supporting the transformation of individual leaders, teams, and organisations. You partner with senior executives, HR directors and Heads of L&D to design and deliver customized high quality programs with impact. You work closely together with our faculty and our global eco-system of industry practitioners and academics, building on their skills and experience. Our customer portfolio consists of companies, both from private and public sector and from various industrial sectors.

Together with the account manager you are the go-to person when specific learning needs arise. Drawing on your strong customer-service focus, you enter into dialogue with the professionals and companies to properly understand their challenges and translate them into executive education programmes with demonstrable impact.

You ensure continuous evaluation of programmes and undertake modifications based on dialogue with and feedback from clients, learners, faculty and partners.

Based on your talent and passion for delivering high-quality L&D programmes, you establish and maintain over time relationships with client stakeholders, colleagues, faculty and partners at design, process and content levels.

Profile

• You are very service-oriented and are a conceptual thinker;
• You have knowledge of L&D trends, strategy, business models;
• You have experience in the Learning and Development sector;
• You have strong networking, facilitation and coaching skills;
• Ability to manage ambiguous situations and diverse stakeholders with contradictory interests;
• You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have the maturity to negotiate and network at C-level;
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit;
• You are fluent in English and Dutch; Being fluent in French is a plus.
