Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a part-time Payroll Officer.


  • Recruitment & selection
    • Practical organization of the selection processes
      • Manage candidates in TalentFinder
      • Invite candidates, provide planning and follow-up assessments and aftercare
  • Onboarding
    • Practical organization of the recruitment
      • Start-up from A to Z (preparing contracts, ordering materials,…)
      • Administrative support with onboarding of new employees
  • Payroll administration
    • Management of complete payroll administration in collaboration with SD Worx
    • Practical follow-up of absences, (long-term) illnesses, minor leave, parental leave, time credit,…
    • Execution of year-end work: calculating year-end bonuses, eco vouchers, transfer of holidays
    • Follow-up of holiday pay
  • General document, contract and data management
    • Drafting and management of all HR-related contracts and documents
    • Provide support in the preparation of annual reports, visitations, inspections,…
  • Mobility
    • Manage all public transport subscriptions
    • Manage the fleet (orders, damage, fuel cards, invoices,..)
  • Insurances
    • Management and follow-up of insurances (group insurance, hospitalization insurance, industrial accident insurance, foreign travel insurance, school accident insurance)
  • Practical organizational support in the organization of internal events, company meetings,….


  • You can work and think at bachelor level and preferably have a preparatory course in HR-related training;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar HR Officer role;
  • With a 'customer-oriented' attitude, you offer all the necessary attention and care to our AMS employees;
  • You are an administrative organizational talent with an eye for detail;
  • You are tactful, discreet and we can count on your confidentiality ;
  • You can work fluently with MS Office. Experience with the SD Worx payroll tool and with an applicant tracking system are additional advantages;
  • You are available every Monday, Wednesday (half a day) and Friday or every working day for half a day;
  • You can communicate fluently and clearly in Dutch and English.
