Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our Open Executive Program (OEP) team.
As the Learning & Development Advisor of the OEP team, you are the first point of contact between potential executive participants and Antwerp Management School. Your aim is to give a warm, professional and personal advice to those professionals as you will support them in their learning journey.
Your focus lays on pro-actively reaching out to potential participants as well as replying to their incoming questions (online or by phone). You’ll provide to-the-point answers to questions about our AMS programs and by listening intently you come to understand a person’s specific training needs. During this conversation you are able to define whether there is a fit between the potential participant and our Open Executive Programs or AMS programs in general.
Via our online sales systems you keep track of all the leads and follow-up on your conversations. By working with the systems on a daily basis, you are able to identify ways for further efficiency enhancements.
Together with the OEP marketing business partner, you keep track of and update our current marketing-sales follow-up. You’ll brainstorm about new and innovative recruitment plans and content. Furthermore, you’ll feed your marketing business partner with knowledge from the market in order to continuously refine and enhance the marketing strategy. Finally, you’ll work closely with your business lead in order to support the execution of the strategy.

During your first months you will be immersed in the sales process of the OEP team and strongly supported throughout your learning track. You will gain vast knowledge of the business to aid you in confidently approaching the market.
You will have the opportunity to follow various sessions of our open executive programs, which will not only be a fundamental building block for your knowledge of our programs but will also serve your personal development.
