Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a B2B Business Developer & Sales.

Function

As the B2B Business Developer & Sales at AMS you are responsible for the B2B business development. You have a keen eye for spotting new sales opportunities and you actively pursue profitable B2B partnerships in line with AMS’s vision and strategy. Aside from selling B2B value packages in the existing network of AMS, you also generate connections with new industry partners with a view to expanding the B2B ecosystem of AMS.

Through your experience in B2B Business Development and Sales you are able to design and implement a cross-unit sales structure and engine within AMS. You act as the motor of the corporate business conversations which you initiate and promote.

As a partner of and mentor for the business units, you co-create sales strategies and support the sales growth objectives. You provide your expertise on producing client-oriented B2B offers. Further on, you take the lead in developing a cross-unit B2B marketing strategy in close collaboration with our marketing team.

Profile

  • You have a proven track record in the market in terms of expertise and experience, seniority and maturity;
  • You are a holistic and client oriented thinker, who thinks along the value chain beyond specific topics or expertise domains;
  • You have broad expertise in business development and hard sale in a B2B environment;
  • You have the skills strong desire to engage with complex client challenges and connect on a both personal and business/content-driven level;
  • You are a strong advocate of the AMS values, spirit and thought leadership;
  • You have strong consultative skills (listen, facilitate, summarise, excellent empathy, negotiator, think-acts loop)
  • You have strong contracting skills
  • You are proficient in Dutch, English and French is a prerequisite.
